Custom Product Policy
All Memory Bears and Keepsakes are custom-made using personal clothing. Because of this:
- Orders cannot be canceled once creation has begun
- Refunds and returns are not offered
- Final sale on all custom items
Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround is 4–6 weeks from the date clothing is received. Timeframes may vary during busy seasons.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Sending clean clothing
- Providing accurate contact and shipping information
- Reviewing order details before submission
Limitation of Liability
Ohio Memory Bears is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
- Loss or damage during shipping to our studio
- Variations in final product appearance
